6 Chord Zither with Modulators

A 6 chord guitar zither 6/4 made in the Musima factory E.Germany. 1985
This one has been modified by the Monks from the Abbey d'En Calcat in the South of France, not far from me! (I learn something everyday!)
They have added "modulators" which change the chords from Major to Minor giving a greater choice of chords without having to re-tune for different songs. Just move the lever!) They use the same system on their Psaltery zithers that they make at the abbey, that are beautiful but double the price!. They have also added the decal giving the notes as used on a piano.
It has 6 chords, (12 with the modulators). Each chord has 4 strings, there are 25 melody strings. 49 strings in total.

Not many of these about. Very good playable condition, stays in tune, no slipping notes.
It comes with a tuning key and will be tuned before leaving my workshop.
