5 Chord guitar zither made in Germany between 1900 - 1920, by "Regina".
Pretty good condition for its age, pins are tight in their holes - no slipping notes!
5 sets of chords each with 4 strings. There are 21 melody strings. 41 strings in total.
It did have a bit of wood shrinkage on the back, which has been repaired. Light cracks on the front which have been stopped going further with patches. So still structurally sound.
Strings are in fairly good condition.
The 5 chord zither is recommended by Etienne Delavaulx (the zither player on Youtube) using his alternative tuning. Let me know if you want this tuning or standard tuning. I'll send you instructions anyway.
It will leave my workshop tuned - ready to play and it does come with a tuning key.
